This is a working template of the terms under which Retivo, a 2pizza product, is offered. It will be replaced by a lawyer-reviewed agreement before launch.
The service
Retivo is a retention-intelligence layer that reads your data through an API and returns decisions. It is deployed alongside your existing stack under a pilot or subscription agreement.
Pilots and measurement
Pilots are time-boxed and measured against a control group. Figures produced during a pilot describe results on your own data and are not presented as guaranteed outcomes.
Acceptable use
The service is intended for licensed operators using it on data they are entitled to process. Misuse, or use on data without a lawful basis, is not permitted.
