Privacy Policy
This is a working template that describes how Retivo, a 2pizza product, approaches data. It will be replaced by a lawyer-reviewed policy before launch.
What we process
Retivo operates on anonymised player identifiers (player_id) and behavioural features read through your API. We do not hold names, emails, documents or payment details. Personally identifiable information stays within your systems.
Where data lives
The analytical store runs on a ClickHouse instance on infrastructure you control. Data remains in your environment. Access is scoped by role and audited before any rollout beyond a pilot.
GDPR
Because Retivo works over anonymised identifiers and does not hold PII, the scope of personal-data processing is deliberately narrow. A full data-processing agreement is prepared per engagement and aligned with GDPR obligations.
